Beautiful Blue-Eyed Soul from Melo, one of the hippest albums we've heard on the Raw Fusion label in a while, and a set that really sparkles all the way through!! There's a compellingly classic feel to the record, in a space between 70´s Marvin and Isleys, with some of the occasional cosmic crispness we might usually hear from Raw Fusion, but always refined to a warmer side of the spectrum, which fits wonderfully with Melo's vocals. The tunes move along at a very slow step, overflowing with Fender Rhodes next to the vocals, and the set's co-produced by Rasmus Faber, who brings in some of his own sweet touches!!
