One of the heaviest House albums we've heard from Peven Everett in years, a set that's filled with upbeat, joyous grooves, all done with the same Deep Soul energy you'd expect from other recent records!! The whole thing's a great step back towards some of the classic grooves from Everett's Chicago scene, the spare pumped-up rhythms that first hit the Windy City back in the 80´s House years, transformed here with a 21st Century vibe that has Peven tricking up the rhythms a bit and spacing out some of the instrumentation. Everett's vocals are great, as always, and soulfully sew the tunes together, providing a lot more solid grounding than you'd get in the average House album, and touching nicely on a number of cosmic themes!! PREPARE YOURSELF, CAUSE WE´LL BRING A GREAT GREAT SURPRISE FROM PEVEN!!
